Due to the impact of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), our factory has been closed in the early stage. All our staff are extremely anxious. Before the Spring Festival, we promised that DAB radios delivered to customers after the new year and mini portable radios as gift promotions cannot be delivered on time.
Although, we sincerely apologize to our customers, but still inevitably delay the customer’s delivery time.
With the joint efforts of the entire Chinese people, and after the tremendous efforts and sacrifices of medical staff, the virus-this terrible and highly contagious virus-has been restrained. Finally,z we ushered in the hope of resuming work.
As long as we can resume work, the delivery time to the customer can be determined. To this end, we have been preparing for active anti-epidemic, while contacting employees who can resume work, just to return to the factory and complete the delivery of our customers’ unfinished orders.
On February 29, 2020, the last day of February, our factory resumed work, and the rate of employee resumption was 90%.
With the efforts of day and night, after 35 days of work day and night, we completed the delivery orders of all customers, and all the radio order products of all years ago were completed. New orders received in 2020 were also under preparation …
Seeing that everything is going well, it seems to be on the right track. Unexpectedly, foreign epidemics began to increase exponentially. Our business staff began to receive notices of suspension of customer orders, and as a result, the foreign trade orders of our factory were suspended or canceled.
In front of the epidemic situation, for our factory, the difficulty can be imagined. However, we also know that in the face of the epidemic, the difficulty of the guests is unprecedented.
Although everyone faces huge difficulties, this does not mean yielding. Only by working together can we overcome the current difficulties.
Some customers have suspended their orders, just worried about the logistics and transportation of the epidemic. Then we will find a way to store the stock in our warehouse first. After the epidemic has dispersed, we will deliver it to the customer as soon as possible.
Think about what the guest thinks, worry about what the guest is worried about, and spend the hard time of the epidemic together; when the haze dissipates, everyone will work together happily to create more value for our customers!
